Based in Laguna Hills, Orange County, California. Runners Nest is the ultimate platform for runners of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels.
Our Speed Forge Track Club runs group practices for kids (age 10-14) and high schoolers, focusing on speed development, agility, coordination and running form. While performance is our end goal, enjoying every step of the process is our emphasis.

Designed for young runners ages 10-14 and high school athletes, Speed Forge track practices build speed, coordination, agility, and strength in a supportive team environment. Led by our Olympic coach, the practices help kids and teens develop athletic skills, boost confidence, and
foster a love for running. Perfect for beginners and competitive runners
alike, even those that want to improve conditioning for other sports, these sessions create a strong foundation for lifelong fitness.

Meet our coach
Milos Salaski – Track Coach specialized in long sprints and middle distances.
Former Serbian National Team athlete in 800m, 1500m, 4x400m and cross country.
Coaching runners of all levels since 2007., from kids to elite professionals.
Coached two Serbian Olympians in 400m and 400m hurdles.
Long sprints (400m, 400mH and 800m) coach for Serbian National Team, 2015–2018.
Nike Run Club Belgrade, Head Coach 2014–2017.
adidas Runners Belgrade, Head Coach, 2017–2018.
Current Role: Coaching sprints and hurdles at Laguna Hills High School, CA.
Recent Achievements:
- Led development training camp for Oceania National Olympic Committee
(June 2025) for Pacific Mini Games and Tokyo World Athletics
Championships.
Participated as Athletics Coach in Talent Identification Program for Oceania National Olympic Committee (July 2025).
